Prescriptions

Please bring all prescription medication to each appointment, even if prescribed by another physician. Please make a list of all prescription refills you may need prior to your appointment.

If your prescription expires before your next visit, please call the pharmacy that filled the prescription so that they may contact our office for refills. Please allow 24 hours for routine refills to be processed.
